Interesting Phrase because the so called "Blue moon" occurs when there is two full moons in the same month- tomorrow the on the last day of august. there is no such things as a nature "Blue moon" but the saying has changed since first offered in a poem dating back to the 16th century when the moon was full and could be seen through a volcano ash cloud as making it slightly blue. The meaning has changed the word meaning over the last 500 years to today meaning "probably not in this life time" or " no chance you will wait a long time".
