As you may recall TS Debby dumped alot of rain in SE. Found and repaired many leaks around the vent pipes on 12 yr. old home (N. FL).
Problem:
The attics are vented with thermostatically controlled roof mounted fans. Both have died. The extra heat in the houses sends SWMBO after me for repairs thus reducing tractor time :)
Question:
Replace roof mounted fans or install passive ridge line vents?
