It is in fact a special bolt as in it is pipe thread and has a 7/32 head to it and about a 1/4 inch long and in a place that you can not tap it out because you have almost no room to do any thing with it. It sits in a blind area where it is all you can do to reach it let alone see what your doing so you have to do it by feel so a blind guy could install the bolt if you put his hands in the right area
