Pale Rider/Ralph1111, What kind Of problem do you have??? maybe there is a reason, I do not try Electrical tool at all! I have and used the lifetime warranty many times, on the Hand tools, wrenches, screwdriver and haven't had any problems except for a pi$$y girl sales clerk on a screwdriver many yrs ago. Just bought an assortment of Craftsmans wrenches this week I will trade out here in the future. The Tool is warranted Not the buyer doesn't matter if you were the 1st owner of a tool or 21st owner. Since I started in 1980 buying tools,, It is MY call! Not Theirs!!!!Have 2 Sears stores relatively close, both about 25 miles in opposite directions. Thunder I do not ask, Just go to the Tool Ilse, start pulling wrenches, sockets, Screwdrivers, whatever, walk to the counter, and tell them I need new ones, And get with the exchange!
