Thanks for the responses. The reason I put that post out there is because I just purchased an old New Idea Spreader. I search the net and find a post from this site by "Rod" and it sounds like he is very familiar with the one I have and can help with parts and a manual. I know I could just put a post out there and hope he will see it, but it just would seem easier if there was a way to send an email, or click on a list, click on "Rod" and maybe an email could go to him or her and let them know someone has a question and here is their email. I know I wouldn"t mind helping someone if I could.
