Probably need to split the tractor and install a new ring gear. If it isnt too bad you can remove turn it around and put back on. You will need a torch to get it warm enough to remove clean the grouve on the flywheel and re-install then get a new Bendix get the starter refurbished brushes maybe a bearing or two and it will start like new again. Also clean the connections starting at the battery mite also need a new saddle sw. Ive done them many times. You have a choice of the Bendix as there are two types available either one will work for many yrs to come.
