I live in Eastern Iowa, and it has been dry. I picked about 3 dozen ears of sweet corn Saturday, and about the same tonight. Some of the ears are a little small, but some are real nice.
I did not think I would get any and am really surprised. It was so dry after we planted that it germinated in areas so it is coming on staged.
