I've got a Great Dane and love it for my own use. That said I also know alot of commercial mowers and the ones with Scags love them, and the ones without wish they had one. Like another post said, they can take the constant use and abuse alot better than many of the other brands can.....Their just not cheap to work on when they break, but then when it comes to hydrostatic anything, what is?
