Neat item. I would have the hub welded first. Then put leverage across the rim spanning the diameter, maybe 200 pounds of force at twice the wheel diameter. pulling on one side, pushing on the other. Then I would heat the spokes one at a time to red allowing the metal to relax, and straighten. It might take a while to heat and reheat the spokes to gradually pull it straight. Jim
