At lunch yesterday I met with developers representative to sign a contract to take out a used car lot(office and garage). We have been working steady for them since Feb. I get a call in the afternoon He wants to Meet this morning a 8 to discuss taking down 32 more buildings we bid on last week and adding 2 more. He says he has enough work for the rest of the year. I have to admit that I have gotten spoiled by getting a pay check every week but I don't know how I am going to explain that we were planning to retire from all the profits from our 25 acres of corn this year. :) Ron
