I've been baling since the late 60's bought my first round baler NI484 in 92, bought this JD466 in 99. I had better luck with the twine tied then the added expense of net wrapped. I'm thinking it might be more humidity in the coastal plan here then where you are in Texas? If the bales were heating from being to tough they would have shown signs well before now.
