I disagree with your statement about Netwrap causing moisture intake in hay. What do the rain drops do on the hay humped up between the twine wraps on a rd bale?? They take in moisture. I agree rd bales Netwrap or twine should not be stored with the rd sides touching as that forms a funnel for moisture to collect.
