My buddy has a 1951 farm all m with a mw hand clutch. It will not release. The handle snaps in and out like before but will not disengage. I took same cover off to make it was adjusted right. About a month ago I was there repairing starter and it worked just fine. Also does anyone know where I can download a manual.Thanks.
