John,I don't guite follow you reasoning,what kind of parts are you buying that are not Mfg.spec.parts.??At least 90% or more of all farm equip.parts I buy are orig.equipment parts.(Have to be)Something isn't right,it is made right without fighting someone telling you are doing something wrong.Non special parts,I buy about as many JD parts off CIH as CIH parts from JD,which ever has the best price at the time.SHOUP or AGCO is about the only other suppliers for a few things.I'am tied into 8 JD,2 CIH and 1 AGCO dealer systems and know what the price is,whether who has it in stock.That is worth a whole lot when you are needing parts.
