He is just trying to make a point just like the others are. A person is as apt to be done over by a blue, red, or other color dealer as he is a green. If a person says he was done wrong by a Deere dealer I'll believe him and if he said he was done wrong by another I'll believe that, too. But JD just like myself has positive experiences with Deere and he is just trying to get that out there. I would say I have been well taken care of by my local Deere dealer and have so for some time. This spring I needed some help trouble shooting a planter lift on a 30 year old 12 row and they were very willing to do (over the phone) so and without charging for it. The other colors here will not typically do that except maybe for a very top customer. My business is just a drop in the bucket for my Deere dealer. By the way they are not a mom and pop outfit from 50 years ago, either.
