I heard of a city slicker that bought a piece of property in rural Minnesota. At the end or along a poorly maintained township road. Had to drive past a farmer that had a lot of old machinery scattered around that he was no longer using. This city slicker built a nice house and lived in it a couple of years and decided to sell it. He somehow forced the township to upgrade the road to his property. Then went to the county and complained about the farmer.
