I wouldn"t leave it in that long! I used a half cup of acid rinse such is used by dairy farmers to clean bulk milk lines. Ran it for a couple hours - flushed several times. Changed water after every use for about six uses... I would suggest a commercial radiator flsh such as mentioned by others.
