That bad boy is homemade. Back when, if you couldn't find what you needed, you rolled up your sleeves and BUILT what you needed.
If I were to guess, I'd bet that was built in the late 60's, early 70's to put insecticide on silking corn to kill off silk beetles. About that time a 420 was worth scrap price and no harm done in making it into what you need.
