Value of AV with various issues

Hi,

I looked at an AV over the weekend and was wondering what a fair price to offer would be for on with the various problems listed below.

1. It runs, new front tires, back ok.
2. Body ok, good bit of rust
3. Missing various parts for the cultivators, good bit of stuff there but not all the AV unique parts.
4. Side housing where there are two bolts that hold the brace bar to the cultivator, that area cracked and has been wielded. Looks like that mid section needs to be replaced.
5. Clutch wont release at times and the rear end has more than just the winning sound.
