kinda funny but I love grilled food but I've always hated grilling. Maybe because my dad would not do it. So at the tender age of 10 I had to do grill duty........this year I bought a nice grill instead of the cheap one I've owned through the years and I'm loving it! Darn thing cooks so nice!
FYI grilled food are actually better for you because it allows the fats to drip off.
I'm on a diet too that my doc put me on......all the meat and ucky veggies I want......no carbs......I've lost 30 LBS in 8 months. He will not give me a new knee until I'm under 250.......heck I wasn't that bad at 290.....seeing as I'm 6'5". Darn VA!
