The water will just make a mess if you are using it in a dusty/dirty area. The electric fan will only help if the tractor is not pulling enough air with its current fan. Most of the time just making sure the current radiator is clean is all that you need to do. The difference in 180 degrees and 200 is not that much to an engine. As long as the water is not boiling out it should be fine.
