I installed a new throttle cable on my 184. Now when I push the throttle lever to the fast position, it will not stay. When I let go of the throttle lever it is getting back pressure from somehwere and it pushes the throttle lever back to the half throttle position. I am at a loss as to how to correct this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
