I get a complete physical annually and have no significant medical problems outside of borderline high blood pressure. I'm just getting old.

You can keep bulling like you're still the 16-year-old your mind thinks you are and tear up what's left of your body, or you can get real and slow down a bit. You'll get just as much done, it'll just take a while longer.
