Consider tapping into the pump for the hoist. You would probably need to pop the transmission into neutral to raise when not moving. Just like an old tractor and loader without live hydraulic. You should be able to get a diverter valve to be able to power one or the other, but not both at the same time. V&M in Sioux Falls sells what they call "Add a valve" for tractor applications to get another outlet. It is electric solenoid operated. Probably better ideas out there. Another idea would be to get another power steering pump belted up to the engine. Should be plenty of pressure, maybe short on reservoir size, but that could be modified. Probably have to fab up a new bracket, but on the bright side there is probably adequate room to work with.
