I am 62 and extreme stiffness/aches and exhaustion and arms half asleep from shoulders down. Tested very low thyroid and almost zero for testosterone level. Low thyroid will block any attempt at testerone therapy so must get thyroid back up first. Now thyroid is back up and just started on test gel , and not the 1.62 stuff from the pharmacy but 55mg gel from lab that formulates it from your blood and Dr.,s suggestions. Will let you know what and when I get my stamina and strength back. Can't even do a push-up. Ain't no fun and won't live this way. Started getting real bad back abt April. I got a lot of $hit ta do yet and more when I retire in 6 mos. Better git it straightened out.
