Stay away from used OWBs. There are new State and Fed regulations on them. The new ones are gasifiers, and burn clean with little to no smoke, and they have controles that maintain a core temp of a minimim of 140F. This temp is very important, because if the boiler runs less than that, condensation occures and they rust out, turning them into scrapiron. CB's were very prone to that. Look into an Econoburn, or a Pro Fab. They are both gassers. The Econoburns have a ceramic burn chamber in them which is better than brick in my opinion. Do your homework, you are talking a 10-15Gs here. Talk to your heating guy and to OWB dealers, and find out what the + and -s are. Google is also your friend, us it.
