You have an air leak in the system some where. It is allowing the fuel to bleed back over night. You can have a leak that will leak air under vacuum but not fuel under pressure. I would first check all the fittings/lines to see if any are loose or need new seals. If I remember right those Case fuel systems use a rubber compression washer on the low system side. These can get hard and just need to replace the rubber.
If you can't find the air leak then install a check valve at the fuel tank. This will keep the fuel from bleeding back. JD combines have them at the fuel filter on the back of the motor, Older hundred and twenty series. They are about $40 new or you can find them on a junked machine.
