Yes Mark,Any tractor can be modifyed with larger wheels.Problem is all ground speeds will be increased and power will be decreased.What are you cultivateing that you need that much clearance?I have/am/do cultivate over 3ft. tall corn with no problems useing plain old rowcrop tractors(Farmall SM/706/826 etc.)Most manufacturers made tall cane tractors,but they tend to be 80horse on up.And they tend to be sought after by collectors and tend to be 'pricey'.
