Driving down I-29 southbound out of Council Bluffs yesterday, at about the 34 mile marker, I saw to the west what looked like a concrete racing road course on the west side of the Interstate. There were small bleachers and what looked to be several check points. I've probably driven past it a dozen times and never happend to look that way before.
I got to wondering if it's a public race course or maybe a law enforcement driver training facility.
