Worst I ever did have happen was to break a valve-SPRING.. Bent the valve but nothing else..! Actually, it broke driving it home and I drove on home Hammering..figured it was a gonner..!!! Chrysler really did some Crying, when Ford brought out the "Hi-Rise 427"...!!!!! I have a set of 427 Med Riser heads with Tunnel-Port Valves (with the matching Crane Cam).. The Cam was where the hidden BEAST hid..!! Built right, they were awesome... Always wanted to build a 427 with a 428 Crank (454 Cu In).. Ron..
