I'm not even talking about opening the bar and I doubt the problem is in the bar. It's somewhere in the driveline to the bar...
I've only ever drained a bar once and never cleaned one. My Deere shits a module or two every year either due to a broken shaft or a bad bearing. I just refill with oil and keep going since this bar was leaking...
Again, I'm not sure if the 411 has the modular Kuhn FC bar or the older Kuhn GMD bar that needs complete disassembly... but I find little need to do much cleaning on the FC unless there's been a major catastrophe like gears losing teeth.
