Have you thought about buying a used snowplow that was made for a pickup truck and adapting it to your tractor?
That way most of the fabricating is already done and you could reverse-engineer it to mount up. I think the Meyers blades would be the easiest to use, and you have electric / hydraulic lift as well as power angle. There were several threads on this forum a while back where guys had done exactly that type of conversion, and they were neat and practical as well.
In our part of the country, Craigslist is loaded with used snowplows that guys bought to make a boatload of money this last winter, and we had no snow at all to plow! Some careful shopping and bargaining might get you a pretty good deal on one.
