Late last winter I had a couple of overhead doors installed in a shop I'm making. One is a 18 wide-14 high with a Wayne Dalton opener. The other is a 10 wide-9 high with a Genie opener. The company installed the doors and openers and it's up to me to wire them. So here's the dilemma. I'm ready to wire the sensors and the two boxes of electricals they left ended up co-mingled so now I'm sorting things out. Two of the sensors for the bottom of the doors have the Liftmaster brand name on them. The other sensors are no-name. I have no idea which one goes where. The Liftmaster name goes along with Chamberlain.
There are only one or two door opener manufacturers out there so is there a possibility that Liftmaster is connected with Genie? Or Dalton? Or both? The dealer isn't open on saturdays so I can't call them today. Jim
