the gears on those transmissions have sort of wedge shaped teeth that lock together when they are in gear. drivers get impatient and grind "just a little" over a long period of time, take the corners off the teeth, and viola! my neighbor's hired man took a wild ride off a steep hill on a 180 with a full allis unloading wagon behind him, years ago. same problem- it jumped out of gear. i had a D14 that lost 3rd gear the same way, which i learned the hard way. fix is to replace the gears. probably worth it on a 200.
