They are a tad flimsy, but for the price they are a good value if you get 20% off your price. Being flimsy, they are easy to take on & off if you have implements that don't work with a quick hitch.
Seems the bigger implements - cat 2 or 3 - tend to work well with quick hitches mostly.
A lot of the cat 1 implements were built quick & dirty, and the big top hook on a quick hitch doesn't fit - structure in the way.
