Now that would be a cool mailbox! LOL. And would likely cure the problem of large tractors and the county snowplow hitting our box. We are on a small hill with no-passing zone - so our box gets nailed A LOT! Husband built it so it rotates to the side when smacked by something... we got tired of buying mailboxes.
We are going to keep the Regular rusty - but my husband will go through everything so it runs great, just looks ancient. Hopefully will be ready for shows in 2013... he works long hours and has had a couple other projects that took priority over the Regular. It will be his next project.
