Go to town with the sevin. It is good stuff, but, I think it it too late as those things get bore in before you even know they exist. Those brown spots are all worms. What a shame, but I've been there. It's time to unleash teh dogs and let fly the sevin. You can salvage the rest if you get on it. You pick them off early and often and dust the rest and the problem will go away. DDT always worked great. I have a secret stash of that, now.
