Twins both of the same will be fine.
Twins of a bull/ hefier combo will suffer. The bull while not sterial will suffer from reduced fertility and the heifer will be totaly sterial 90% of the time. It is caused because they share the placental connecting the calves with the cow. This allows the blood from one calf to mix with the other calf. They affect each other in a way that causes each to develop with some characteristics of the other. Both have male and female characteristics.
