Reminds me of a story I heard years ago. A young boy wanders up to a construction site asking for a job as a dozer driver. Foreman looks at him and says you don't look much like dozer operator to me. But show me what you can do. The boy jumps on the dozer and starts up the road clearing just a crooked and bumpy road as you can imagine. He turns around and comes back clearing just a straight and smooth a road as you have seen. He jumps off the dozer and walks up to the foreman and says "if you want it plowed like I did going up it's $10.00 an hour. If you want it plowed like I came back it's $25.00 an hour.
