Great place for grandkids to roam if you do have or will likely have some one day. I'd retire here... and make occasional trips to NJ to visit the friends you have made over the years (especially if you now live in town - to me, rural is the way to go). Heck, you guys can have your friends from NJ come out and stay with you to experience the country.
