You can buy small cans with 2 oz of refrigerant oil and a bit of R134a to push it into the system. Walmart and auto parts stores sell them. They make an easy way to add a little oil to the system. Make sure you know what kind of oil is in the car AC and what you are buying at the store. You don't want to add Ester oil to a system that has PAG oil in it.
