A 135 is a common tractor for a loader. Hard to give an answer on how much it would cost. A decent used loader would probably be a $1000 or more, a new one could be over $4000. Do you have aux. hydraulics or do you need to set that up? A loader running off of the 3 pt. pump will work but will be fairly slow. If you have the swept back front axle, it's best to put new bushings front and back in the axle where it pivots. They only come with one bushing from the factory.
As far as the tractor, they are arguably the best tractor in their HP range ever built.
