My 2004 with the 6.0 has been great - other than replacing the automatic transmission at 93k. It came with a brake controller and tow setup and I bought it used at 45k, so I knew going in it may have seen occasional weekend boat towing or everyday heavy towing. Evidently it wasn"t the light weekend towing... needle bearing disintegrated on the main drive and sent little bearings through the transmission. Overall, truck rides good for a 2500, averages 13 to 14 mpg (I have the 373 rear end, not the 411 or 410) and is just old enough to not have some of the new protect-me-from-myself idiot features. Interesting thing - my carfax had roughly the same accident report. Have never found evidence of it and it hasn"t affected anything on it.
