back side 4 5/8" and front side 2". That is what I had on the 4000 (4100) that I had. first one came with one wide and one narrow with 7:50 X 16" tires, the narrow one just rubed the spindle, happened to be looking at a combine rim I had and seen it was the same so put it on and was as should have been, then second had both narrow rims with the 6:00 x 16" tires, helped a friend junk out his JD 30 pultype combine and rims were same so kept them and put the 7:50 X 16" 8 ply implement tires on the second 4000 and put the good 6:00 X 16" on the 2N Ford and 20 some years later they are still on there. I had put on a new set of 7:50 X 16 rib tires on that 4000 later. Same rim fits the Deere 12A, 25, 30, 45 and 55 combines and some of the 55 I think had the 18" rim and that with a 7:50 X 18" tire is what I had on the 5000. The first 4000 had a loader and I thought I would like to find but never did (didn"t look that hard) to find a pair of the 18" for aditional carrying under the loader, only used the loader for snow tho. Have a pair of the rims not used if you are close enough. Western Ohio
