Sounds like the guy in "Lil Abner" the old comic strip that used to go around with a black raining cloud over him where ever he went. It�s been so long ago that I can't remember the character's name. There are probably a lot of folks that don't even remember the comic strip or who never even saw it, I think it disappeared from the paper 5 or 6 decades ago. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
