Did a search on the Utz Co.Fouded in Nov 1921 by William and Salie Utz.They started making 50 pounds of chips per hour. The Utz company is managed by their grandson. The factory covers 14 acres and employs 1300 people.Utz ships product to 24 east coast states. The factory makes 1 million pounds of chips every every week plus the same amount of pretzels and other snack foods. They provide mail order service to the rest of the US so even Lou can order out a bag of good chips and see what real good chips look and taste like.Ignorance is bliss Lou.I notice my wife has been buying Utz chips since they started selling in Maine.Other brands were bought only when the store did not handle Utz brand.
