It is a sad state of affairs when the EPA has nothing better to do than spy on farmers in the central plains. Think of it this way.....You now have a good moving target for rifle practice. I am sure that if the congress doesnt fight this tooth and nail then all 50 states will have drones flying around looking for bon-fires, the moonshine stills, and woodstoves kicking out too much smoke.
