If the video doesn't match up to the sound, then either your connection speed is to slow, and you can try downloading the video then watching it to see if that corrects the issue, or your system is not up to par for watching videos, which would mean an upgraded is in order. To many variables in the last one to give any quick advice here, just look for a new system marked as Multi-Media Ready, or something similar.
