Actually if she cycled the key for 3-5 seconds (on off) a couple of times being injected with and electric fuel pump it should have started right up. If she was broke enough that she was returning stuff to wally world to get money for gas she has most likely run out of gas many times and knows how to start it up after running out. I always point out to people that I help out when they run out of gas that if they keep the top half full the bottom half never runs empty.......
