That trash looks bad but the only harm it does is create a fire hazard if ignited, as long as the combine is kept dry. I used to think a clean combine will be less attractive to mice and rats. NOT! If the combine is not kept dry, meaning stored outside it had better be cleaned up from top to bottom after harvest or everything under the wet chaff and trash will rust, including bearings. Jim
